Welcome…

The Free Flow Project was birthed as a response to an increasing number of people experiencing period poverty. Aware that many people go without adequate protection when menstruating or relying on charities each month, Free Flow seeks to empower people with more sustainable options, in particular looking at the provision of menstrual cups and reusable cloth sanitary pads.

Free Flow can offer workshops around:

-Period Education – “Having a happy period”

– Period Poverty : raising awareness and discussing ways to address it

– The environmental, social and cultural impact of Period Poverty

– Disposable v Reusable options for Sanitary Products
